Dairy trials with Magnesium Chloride

Together with several partners, we are investigating the use of magnesium salt in various applications. One of the main applications we are working on is the replacement of sodium chloride in with magnesium chloride in cheese with magnesium enrichment as an added bonus. Cheese farm Slob is currently testing the addition of magnesium salt to the tasty Slob cheese. Find out more about this project by watching the video:
